Soroptimist International of Saskatoon has spent over 66 years supporting the improvement of women and girls in our community. In the last 12 years they have provided over $120,000 through scholarships to women and girls and donations to community groups both locally and abroad.
Soroptimist International is an NGO with consultative status in the UN. They improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment. They are a global volunteer organization of women working together in 120 countries. Programs include education grants for women, girls' mentoring, volunteer opportunities, and campaigns against obstacles facing women, including sex trafficking and violence.
