Welcome to Paramount DaySpa Salon Boutique. Please take some time to review these Terms and Conditions.
All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Merchandise Availability
While we make every attempt to rightfully represent real inventory numbers on the site, merchandise availability is not guaranteed. If merchandise becomes unavailable while your order is being processed, we will notify you of this by sending you an email.
Product Info
All prices shown on the site are in Canadian Dollars. Keep in mind that colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor. We will not be offering refunds or store credits due to colour misinterpretation. If you have any questions about product specifications, please email us prior to ordering at info@paramountdayspa.com
Price Adjustments
Paramount DaySpa & Salon Inc. does not grant any price adjustments for merchandise that goes on sale any time after purchase has been completed.
Cancellations
Paramount DaySpa & Salon Inc. cannot accept cancellations after your order is processed.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. All products listed on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. In the rare occurrence that a price is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to change the price on the website at any time without any prior notice and to cancel any orders due to incorrect pricing within the site at www.paramountdayspa.ca and www.paramountdayspa.com.
Paramount DaySpa & Salon Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
Currently we are unable to take Paramount Gift Cards and Paramount Online Gift Cards as payment on our online store. If you wish to pay with a gift card please email info@paramountdayspa.com or call 306-242-0017 with your order and we will process it as a phone order. Online promotions do not apply to email or phone orders.
Any promotional vouchers for discounts on products, other than those shown on our online store are not valid towards online orders.
Sales Tax and Duties
All provinces pay 5% GST and 6% PST.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Paramount DaySpa & Salon Inc. reserves the right to alter or update these terms without notice at any time for any reason.

Nonetheless, Paramount DaySpa & Salon Inc. seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Return Policy
Online Purchases:
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE
All Skin Care, Body Care, Hair Care and Makeup are FINAL SALE when purchased online.
All Earrings and Head Gear are FINAL SALE.
Items clothing & accessories purchased online may be returned in their original condition:
Clothing & Accessories: unworn, unwashed, all tags still attached and in resaleable condition.
Items purchased online may be returned within 5 days of receipt of delivery. The customer is responsible to pay their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return requests must be emailed to info@paramountdayspa.com prior to shipping your return to us. In the email include: reason for return, order number and specific items requesting to be returned within 5 days from the date the package was delivered. Once authorized by us, you will then be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
Returns must be received in their original condition as stated above. Pack all items securely and write the RA# on the outside of the package. They can be returned to:

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 4 business days. All returned items are subject to inspection and Paramount DaySpa & Salon Inc. reserves the right to deny credit of items for those that are not in new and re-salable condition. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Shipping
Shipping Process
We will ship merchandise Monday to Friday, excluding national Holidays. Goods will be shipped 1-3 days after you receive an email receipt for your order confirmation pending availability and credit card verification. You will then receive a second email once your order has shipped that will include your tracking number. We use Canada Post so please note that we are able to ship to Canadian Post Office boxes.
Shipping Method
Currently we only ship within Canada.
Any Canadian orders of $200 (before taxes) shipping is FREE (tracking included) via Canada Post Expedited.
For orders $199 and under a flat rate shipping fee will apply at checkout
Typically, orders will arrive within 1-7 business days domestically. Should you wish to receive your order sooner please contact us at info@paramountdayspa.com and we will be happy to arrange expedited delivery for you. All rush shipping charges will apply regardless of the total of the order.
We use Canada Post so please note that we CAN ship to PO Boxes!
