Online Purchases:
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE
All Skin Care, Body Care, Hair Care and Makeup are FINAL SALE when purchased online.
All Earrings and Head Gear are FINAL SALE.
Items clothing & accessories purchased online may be returned in their original condition:
Clothing & Accessories: unworn, unwashed, all tags still attached and in resaleable condition.
Items purchased online may be returned within 5 days of receipt of delivery. The customer is responsible to pay their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return requests must be emailed to info@paramountdayspa.com prior to shipping your return to us. In the email include: reason for return, order number and specific items requesting to be returned within 5 days from the date the package was delivered. Once authorized by us, you will then be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
Returns must be received in their original condition as stated above. Pack all items securely and write the RA# on the outside of the package. They can be returned to:

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 4 business days. All returned items are subject to inspection and Paramount DaySpa & Salon Inc. reserves the right to deny credit of items for those that are not in new and re-salable condition. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
